Safari Reservation Process
Phase 1: Safari Selection
Explore our curated safari experiences or reach out for personalized itinerary design. Our safari consultants will guide you toward the ideal adventure matching your preferences, financial parameters, and desired travel timeline.
Phase 2: Proposal Request
Initiate a booking inquiry via our online platform, email correspondence, or telephone consultation. We'll deliver a comprehensive proposal encompassing all expenses, lodging specifications, and journey details within one business day.
Phase 3: Verification & Initial Payment
Upon proposal acceptance, remit a 30% initial payment to guarantee your reservation. You'll receive verification documentation featuring your booking reference and detailed expedition information.
Phase 4: Balance Settlement
The outstanding 70% balance becomes due 60 days preceding your safari launch date. Complete documentation and pre-departure briefing materials will be furnished following final payment processing.
Financial Arrangements
Initial Payment Structure
- • Standard reservations: 30% non-returnable initial payment
- • High season reservations (June-October, January-February): 40% initial payment
- • Party reservations (6+ travelers): 25% initial payment with customized terms
- • Immediate bookings (within 60 days): 100% payment necessary
Accepted Payment Forms
Kleva Tours processes the following payment methods:
- • Wire transfer (recommended option, zero transaction fees)
- • Major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard - 3% transaction fee applicable)
- • PayPal transactions (3.5% transaction fee applicable)
- • Cash settlement on arrival (advance arrangement required)
Pricing & Currency
All safari rates are denominated in United States Dollars. Pricing becomes fixed upon initial payment receipt. Kleva Tours maintains authority to revise rates for unpaid reservations due to currency variations, fuel adjustments, or national park fee modifications.

- • Guest non-appearance treated as under-15-day cancellation
- • Refund processing completed within 14 business days post-cancellation
- • Comprehensive travel protection strongly recommended to cover cancellation expenses

Guest-Initiated Modifications
Modifications to verified reservations depend on availability and these parameters:
- • Schedule adjustments beyond 60 days before departure: $100 processing charge
- • Schedule adjustments 30-60 days before departure: $250 processing charge plus vendor expenses
- • Schedule adjustments under 30 days before departure: Governed by cancellation framework
- • Traveler name modifications: $50 processing charge (vendor approval required)
- • Journey plan modifications: Assessed individually per situation
Operator-Initiated Modifications
Kleva Tours maintains authority to implement minor journey adjustments for operational or safety purposes. Substantial modifications will be conveyed promptly, offering you the choice to accept adjustments or receive complete reimbursement.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all Kleva Tours safari experiences encompass:

- ✓ Complete meal service throughout safari (morning, midday, evening)
- ✓ All wildlife reserve entry permits
- ✓ Expert English-fluent safari guide
- ✓ 4x4 expedition vehicle with observation roof
- ✓ Airport shuttle service for arrival and departure
- ✓ Purified water supply during wildlife viewing
- ✓ Administrative taxes and regulatory fees
- ✓ Emergency medical evacuation coverage
- ✓ All inter-destination transportation
- ✓ Wildlife viewing expeditions per itinerary
- ✓ Community interactions where specified
