    Booking terms and conditions

    These terms explain deposits, payment timelines, cancellation windows, and change rules for safari reservations.

    Effective date: February 19, 2026. We review these terms periodically and publish updates here.

    Booking and payment

    Standard deposit: 30% to confirm.

    Balance: due 60 days before arrival.

    For bookings made within 60 days of travel, full payment is required at confirmation.

    Quoted prices are in USD unless stated otherwise.

    Accepted payment methods

    Bank transfer (recommended).

    Card and online payment links may include processor fees.

    Any bank transfer charges are the traveler’s responsibility.

    Cancellation and changes

    More than 60 days before travel: deposit is non-refundable.

    30-60 days before travel: 50% of total trip cost is non-refundable.

    15-29 days before travel: 75% of total trip cost is non-refundable.

    14 days or less: 100% non-refundable.

    All cancellation requests must be sent in writing.

    Date and itinerary changes are subject to supplier availability and repricing.
