Terms of Service

When you utilize Kleva Tours' safari experiences, you acknowledge and consent to these service terms. Should you disagree with any provision, please refrain from using our offerings.

This document represents a binding legal contract between you and Kleva Tours. We maintain the authority to revise these provisions at any time, with changes taking effect immediately upon website publication.

Making Reservations

Safari bookings must be initiated through our official channels—website portal, electronic mail, or telephone. Reservations become official only upon receiving written verification from Kleva Tours containing your unique booking identifier.

Initial Payment & Balance

We require a non-refundable 30% initial payment upon reservation confirmation. The outstanding 70% must be settled at least 60 days prior to safari commencement. Reservations placed within 60 days of departure necessitate immediate full payment.

Cost Structure

Unless specified otherwise, all rates are denominated in US Dollars. Pricing remains provisional until initial payment is received and verified. Kleva Tours reserves the right to modify rates due to exchange rate variations, national park fee adjustments, or other circumstances outside our influence.

Party Reservations

Reduced rates may be extended to parties of six or more travelers. Special provisions and requirements may govern group reservations. Contact our team for party pricing and specific conditions.

Guest-Initiated Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be conveyed in writing. The initial deposit is forfeited in all cases. For cancellations submitted 30-60 days before departure, 50% of total costs will be reimbursed. Cancellations within 30 days of departure yield no refund.

Operator-Initiated Cancellations

Kleva Tours maintains the authority to cancel safaris due to inadequate enrollment, extraordinary circumstances, or events beyond reasonable control. In such instances, guests receive complete reimbursement or the alternative to reschedule.

Modification Requests

Alterations to confirmed reservations depend on availability and may generate supplementary fees. While we endeavor to accommodate modification requests, we cannot guarantee availability of alternative schedules or services.

Absence Protocol

Non-appearance for your scheduled safari without advance cancellation results in complete forfeiture of payments made. Refunds are not issued for no-show situations.

Kleva Tours Obligations

We deliver the services outlined in your reservation confirmation to the highest standard possible. Our partnerships with established suppliers reflect our commitment to arranging exceptional safari experiences.

Responsibility Limitations

Kleva Tours functions as an intermediary for accommodations, transportation, and service suppliers. We bear no responsibility for loss, harm, injury, or delays caused by third-party vendors. Our liability cannot exceed the total value of your safari reservation.

Unforeseeable Events

Kleva Tours is not accountable for inability to fulfill obligations due to circumstances outside reasonable control, including environmental catastrophes, political unrest, labor disputes, health crises, or acts of aggression.

Guest Obligations

You bear responsibility for securing valid travel documentation, required immunizations, travel protection, and adhering to local regulations and traditions. Punctuality at designated meeting locations and following guide directives for safety purposes are mandatory.
